Mark Andrews

Mark has produced, executive produced and overseen production on titles including Wake of Death (Jean-Claude Van Damme), Modigliani (Andy Garcia), School for Seduction (Kelly Brook), Out of Season (Dennis Hopper, Gina Gershon), and Battle of the Brave (Gérard Depardieu).

 

Since 2020, Mark has continued building a dynamic slate with Dead Water (Casper Van Dien), The Fallout (Jenna Ortega, Shailene Woodley), The Last Son (Sam Worthington), The Price We Pay (Emile Hirsch), Ravens Hollow (William Moseley), Operation Seawolf (Dolph Lundgren), and Assassin Club (Noomi Rapace, Henry Golding).

 

Most recently, he co-wrote and co-produced Wind of Change — the official Scorpions biopic, directed by Ranarivelo and financed by Warner Bros and Fox.

He has also consulted across UK and US productions, headed up finance, production and development for companies such as 828 Productions and used his finance background to structure film funds and International co-productions.

 

Mark is the founder of Mugshot Films, a partner at Skinny Dipped Films (focused on prestige TV and social horror), and the founder of Genre International, a new label championing bold, globally-driven genre films.

Joseph Brown

Joseph is a highly decorated former British Army Platoon Sergeant with 16 years of elite service and a specialty in close-quarters combat, tactical leadership and high-risk operations.

 

He began with the 1st Battalion Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment, serving on the frontline in Afghanistan, where he forged the calm under fire and rapid decision-making that define his edge.

 

Joseph advanced to the Fire Support Group, mastering heavy weapons systems (.50 cal, GMG, Javelin), before earning selection into the battalion’s elite sniper platoon — an honour reserved for the top 1% of soldiers.

 

His global deployments span Kenya, Brunei, Canada, Estonia, the Falklands and more. He trained foreign militaries, led VIP protection during civil unrest in the Balkans, supported anti-trafficking ops in Kosovo and was embedded in Ukraine pre-conflict to prepare troops on the ground. As a Platoon Sergeant, he commanded 35 soldiers through complex missions across multiple terrains.

 

A certified Level 3 Close Protection Officer, Joseph is trained in firearms, evasive driving, surveillance, unarmed combat and threat mitigation. He brings battle-tested expertise to film, TV and the private sector — offering military advising, firearms safety, actor coaching, and discreet executive protection on and off set.

Jack Buchanan

​Sniper Instructor | Armed Response Specialist | Close Protection Professional

With over a decade of British Army service and frontline experience, Jack brings elite-level tactical precision and instructional depth to every environment he operates in. A former infantry Section Commander and certified Sniper Instructor, Jack has deployed to Afghanistan and across global conflict zones, honing his expertise in small-unit tactics, reconnaissance and long-range precision shooting.

 

Beyond the battlefield, Jack became a certified Tactics and Firearms Instructor, delivering advanced combat training in complex, high-pressure scenarios. His transition into UK law enforcement saw him join the ranks of Armed Response Vehicle (ARV) officers — executing high-risk operations across both urban and rural landscapes, from dynamic vehicle stops to building interventions and trauma care under fire.

 

Jack is also a licensed Close Protection Operative, with specialist qualifications in VIP defensive and offensive driving. He has worked on high-security teams protecting members of the royal family and senior government officials — assignments that demand discretion, situational intelligence and a no-fail mindset.

 

Mission-driven, adaptable, and razor-sharp under pressure, Jack fuses real-world operational experience with calm leadership and refined tactical instinct — making him an asset in both security operations and high-end film productions where realism truly matters.

Lee Ralfe

Former Platoon Sergeant | Reconnaissance Commander | Infantry Specialist

A former British Army Platoon Sergeant with over 12 years of frontline service, Lee brings extensive combat and instructional experience across Air Assault and Armoured Infantry roles. From the urban battlegrounds of Afghanistan to the dense jungles of Brunei and the arid terrain of the Middle East, he has operated in some of the most challenging environments faced by UK forces.

 

Lee began his military career as a point man on combat patrols in Afghanistan and quickly rose through the ranks. He later served as a Reconnaissance Patrol Commander within the elite Brigade Reconnaissance Force during Operation Herrick, playing a key role in the final British withdrawal from Camp Bastion. His leadership extended to force protection for naval assets in Bahrain and live-fire tactical support for Royal Marines strike teams.

 

Known for his calm under pressure and precision in the field, Lee has commanded troops on global deployments and earned a reputation for professionalism and clarity of mission. On screen, he brings a deep understanding of authentic tactics, weapons handling, and infantry mindset — ensuring that every movement, drill and detail reflects the lived experience of modern soldiers.

Robert Paterson

Former Platoon Sergeant | Physical Training Instructor | Tactical Training Consultant

With 17 years of British Army service and frontline command experience in Iraq and Afghanistan, Robert Paterson is a proven leader, instructor and tactical expert. As a former Platoon Sergeant, he’s led teams of up to 28 soldiers in high-stakes operations and delivered rigorous training across multiple combat theatres.

 

A certified Physical Training Instructor, Weapons Instructor, and Range Safety Officer, Robert is licensed to oversee and execute live-fire drills, close-quarters tactics, and combat conditioning programs. He played a pivotal role in transforming over 120 Ukrainian civilians into combat-ready personnel during an intensive 12-week program — bridging the gap between raw recruits and real-world readiness.

 

In recent years, Robert has served as a specialist consultant delivering physical readiness and advanced weapons training to Middle Eastern security forces, bringing calm leadership and technical precision to every engagement.

 

Confident, adaptable and mission-focused, Robert combines military credibility with a sharp eye for detail, clear instruction and an easy-going professionalism that makes him a respected presence in any training room or on any set.

Joel Salter

Performance Coach | Combat Sports Specialist 

Joel is a former British Army Infantry soldier and Physical Training Instructor with over 20 years of experience in military service, elite-level physical performance, and combat sports. He served on multiple operational deployments including Op TELIC and Op HERRICK, where he developed his leadership under pressure and an enduring mental and physical resilience.

An accomplished Army boxer and professional MMA athlete, Joel has spent more than two decades immersed in grappling and wrestling disciplines. He holds a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and continues to train and compete. As a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, he works with athletes and individuals striving for peak performance, combining tactical experience with elite athletic insight.

Beyond the mat and the gym, Joel thrives in extreme environments. He has completed the National Three Peaks Challenge, Yorkshire Three Peaks, the Welsh 3000s (twice), and the legendary Fan Dance Challenge—demonstrating both endurance and an unbreakable mindset.

 

Joel brings a rare fusion of military discipline, combat expertise, and performance coaching to every project—making him a valuable asset in physical preparation, fight choreography, and high-performance advising for screen or real-world challenges.
